Dev Kusum International Foundation is a non-profit setup to aid professionally dependable and credible conduct of speech, behaviour and performance. It promotes constructive network for individuals, organizations and social entities. Brought into being by nine world class professionals, it has within a period of six years made its mark felt in the profession. It is known for its research oriented and application focused management interventions and consulting.

One of the unique characteristics of DK International Foundation is that it not only focuses on professional excellence but also invests resources for aiding and supporting efforts which have components of lifelong learning. Amongst its clients/associates are organizations such as Association of Business Executives, UK; Corporation Bank; Power Grid Corporation Ltd.; GAIL; SAIL; Bank of India; Moser Baer; RITES; Central Bank; Bahrain Institute of Hospitality Management; AIMA.

DKIF is widely networked internationally and anchors the publication of an annual publication called “Drishti”. It has a cell devoted to instructional material development and publications. It has served as a knowledge partner to major national and international efforts.

It believes in strengthening life-long learning, both formal and informal. Committed to international humanism, it sees intimate engagements among learning, education and life-long growth.

It seeks to facilitate establishment and growth of professionally sound organizations, help, assist and serve the needy, deserving and promising, institutions and persons. Its domain of interest includes skill augmentation and competency enhancement, social work, management studies; information systems and technology. Studies and application in the field of Communication, Management Development, Social Cohesiveness, Organizational Effectiveness, International Business, Strategic Planning, Information Systems, Education Management, Trade and Diplomacy are of special interest. It has a focused concern for the Hospitality Business, Tourism Development, Travel Facilitation, Organization Development, Strategic Planning, Social Sector Studies, Medical Studies, Language, Literature and Linguistic Studies. It also seeks to carry on advancement of any other charitable objects of general public utility.
