Dev Kusum International Foundation is a non-profit setup to aid professionally dependable and credible conduct of speech, behaviour and performance. It promotes constructive network for individuals, organizations and social entities. The Chairman delivered the Key Theme over view of an International Conference of University of Sunderland in London on “Innovations in Education & Technology”, Sep 2023

Dr Vinayshil Gautam was invited in January 2024 to Bengaluru for discussions on the next phase of growth of Jain University and associated institutions of the conglomerate.

The Chairman was invited as the Keynote speaker for the International Conference on Advances in Management Practices (ICAMP 2023) on the theme Technology, Innovation and Sustainability of JIMS on 16th December 2023 at DELNET, Jawaharlal Nehru University, J.N.U Campus.

Chairman DKIF a member of the board of IFTDO is the Chairman of the Research and Development Committee of International Federation of Training & Development Organisation.

Dr. Vinayshil Gautam has been invited to the advisory committee of the 2nd International Conference on contemporary issues in business, innovation, technology and social science being organized on May 24th-25th 2022 at Gautam Buddha University.

Dr. Vinayshil Gautam has been nominated as the member of the high powered selection committee for the Jawahar Lal Nehru Fellowship.

A webinar mode panel discussion was held on “Towards a Holistic Long Term Medicare System: The Case of Covid-19” at India International Center. Dr V K Paul, advisor Niti Aayog, Dr K Sreenath Reddy, President PHFI (Public Health Foundation of India) were the panelists. It was moderated by Dr. Vinayshil Gautam, Chairman, DKIF. Opening remarks were by Shri N N Vohra, Former Governor J & K and President IIC.

The Chairman was the first of the Key Speakers of the 25th Foundation Day Celebrations for IIM Kozhikode hosted by IIMK Alumni Association.

Dr. Vinayshil Gautam delivered a concluding remarks of the Valedictory function of the International Webinar on the strategic outlook of the countries from BIMSTEC Post Covid, organized by Society of Indian Oceans Studies.

Dr. Vinayshil Gautam delivered a special lecture in the inaugural session of the international conference on “Future of Business in the New Global Realities” organized by FORE.
