The Foundation has a definite policy of supporting individual talent and strengthening institutional capability. Under this scheme, several deserving students have been supported with financial grants and as & when support has been required, facilitation has been provided to handicapped. There have been occasions where adults have been provided grants-in-,aid to augment their skills.
Similarly, from its extensive skill-pool the Foundation has focused on strengthening the constituency of institutions. Illustratively, one of the resource persons of Foundation has worked in partnership of the JAYPEE school of business for over a period of 15 months, to carry out extensive Faculty Development Programs.
