I was overwhelmed to see you and listen to your great emotional advisory to ISTD Board at the recent NC meeting, held at NHQ New Delhi on January 13, 2021.
Your speech perhaps became a game-changer in taking major decisions, pending for last couple of years, thanks to the President and team who is very competent and listens everyone!
I slightly recall we both served Caw Committee, constituted by MHRD, as Experts to Restructure AICTE / Higher Education in 2014-15, (and met occasionally in International Conferences) – the outcome of which became the foundation to rethink Education, and resulted into the current outcome of National Education Policy 2020 incorporating my recommendation to create a Super Regulator in the form of National Education Authority to govern the entire education in INDIA.
You, of course, are so well-known for your great wisdom and leadership in Management Education and Training in the country, and globally.
Currently I serve as Commissioner & Board member, ACBSP-USA, Co-Chair, ISTD Diploma Board, Advisor to State Bank of India, and Professor Emeritus, FPT University, Vietnam’s largest Corporate University. My 80% time and work is Giving-Back (free of charge).
ACBSP serves 1200 member Campuses in 63 Countries all over the world, with about 1,000 Accredited.
I shall be happy to assist you with enriching IFTDO Conference with global knowledge exchange, papers and publishing, inviting foreign speakers as well as Universities and Institutions as ‘Knowledge Partners’ from Asia, Europe, North America, south America etc. Under your leadership.

Dear Sir,
It was my privilege and honour to meet you in person and learn directly from you in one to one discussion and deliberation during two day workshop on “Capability Building & Managing Results”. Earlier, I was knowing you through you books especially “Training and development :An integrated Approach ” and social media/you tube but this training programme , for me, was a one to one discourse with renowned author, mentor & Coach, management guru in true sense. And, I am confident, that the learning treasured during this programme will proved to be transformative as since day one, I am on the way to implement learnings in day today life.
I extend, my sincere thanks to you for being with us and making us aware about various aspect of capability, context, Competency and talent so that we can excel our self and our organization in longer run.

It is an honour to get in touch with you after more than a decade. Under your esteemed aegis and sponsored by the Ministry of Tourism, a Workshop was organised on International Marketing between 5th to 7th August 2009 by the Department of Management Studies, IIT Delhi in association with D K International Foundation. I was one of the officers of the Ministry of Tourism who participated in this workshop. At that point of time, Mr. Sujit Banerjee, Secretary (Tourism), Mr. Amitabh Kant was also called to give a lecture and hand out the certificates. The lessons taught in the workshop was very revealing but rejected by the Ministry and I paid the price with my career.
However, I am steadfast that whatever we were taught in the workshop was very much relevant and continue to be so even in this digital age.
